Shipping


  • Is Shipping Really Free?

    Yes, we provide worldwide shipping free of charge, however if there are any customs/ duties charges, this will be paid by the customer. Returns are free of charge as well!

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes we ship to pretty much every country. However border control changes out of our delivery provider's control happen from time to time. In this case a full refund is processed, ie in the event we are unable to deliver your items due to border control restrictions.

  • How long does shipping take?

    Within UAE and GCC : 1 - 3 business days


    Within Asia: 3 -5 business days


    Rest of the world: 3 - 7 business days


    Incase of  delays due to high volume of orders, you will be notified, via email from contact@uche.world with updated delivery time.

  • Who covers shipping incase of a return?

    We cover shipping incase of a refund. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

    You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • What happens if my items arrive damaged?

    In this case, kindly send a picture immediately to contact@uche.world

    We will process a refund or send you a new piece.

  • I received the wrong order wtf?

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us through email : contact@uche.world or call +971585424110 immediately in the case of a defective, damaged or  wrong item, we promise to correct  it asap.

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major cards : Visa, Master Card, Amex

    Google Pay and Apple Pay .

  • Can I get a full refund?

    Yes a full refund is possible in the case of damage, wrong order or you are not happy with your purchase. Request must be made within 14 days after purchase.


    Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.


     You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • I can’t find my original receipt. What should I do?

    For all online purchases, a receipt is sent via email to you, 


    Please provide those receipt details, to enable our team know the right details to process your refund.

  • What is your return policy?

    We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • What happens if I accidentally pay twice?

    Provide your receipt details sent via email , and we will process the refund immediately.
